About the studio

A small studio,
on purpose.

We kept London DigiX small so that the people you brief are the people who build. Design, software and automation sit at the same table.

Our perspective

We judge our work by what happens after launch: whether people can use it without help, and whether someone’s week is shorter because of it.

The same pattern kept showing up. A business has good people and decent tools, but the tools don’t talk to each other, the website undersells the work, and hours go on copying data from one place to another. Fixing that takes design, software and automation together. So we set up a studio that does all three.

So we start from the job to be done, keep the moving parts few, and say so when a smaller thing would do.

What we believe

Six things we
won’t bend on.

It keeps pace with your scroll. Drag it, or hold still to read.

  1. Prices on the page

You should know what something costs before the first call. Ours are published, in pounds, with the allowances spelled out.

  2. Plain English

If we can’t explain what we’re building without jargon, we don’t understand it well enough yet.

  3. Smallest thing that works

We’ll tell you when a £695 workflow does the job of a £6,000 platform, or when you don’t need us at all.

  4. You own it

Code, designs, workflows, prompts and models. No lock-in, no hostage hosting.

  5. Built to last

Accessible, fast and documented, so the next person to touch it — us or anyone else — can.

  6. Engineers’ standards

Check the numbers. Trace every claim. Build with care, and make the work stand up to scrutiny.
