Privacy notice
DRAFT — needs London DigiX's registered details and a legal review before launch. Page is noindex until then.
This notice explains how London DigiX (“we”) uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
London DigiX. Contact: hello@londondigix.co.uk.
What we collect
- When you email us (including through the contact form, which opens your own email app): your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us about your project.
- When you browse: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver work we’re contracted for — performance of a contract.
- To keep the site secure — our legitimate interests.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after a project ends, for tax and legal purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the business — email, hosting (Cloudflare) and accounting — under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
